I stated yesterday . I was shocked by the number on my scale was higher than it’s been in a long time. But I’m back on track, I walked at the park & took this pretty picture. A reminder every sunset and sunrise is a chance to start again. Thankful for my strong, healthy body and determined to get my body, mind and heart in better shape in 2026. Goal today intermittent fasting 11-7, hyperketosis diet, drink my water and move more
