To eat mindfully, only eat during meals, and practice ONE & DONE rule. Drink 1/2 my body wt in ounces of water daily. Plan my meals. remember that I have lost over 50lbs! I have gained some back But I am NOT giving up on myself! I can lose wt, I will lose wt, I will reach my goal of 160lbs!
