After 2 years I’m back. Life phases change and so does my weight and while I don’t mind a balance of “heavier/lighter” moments, I’m ready for new goals:

Lose a few lbs for my joints.

Lose a few lbs so I can get back into running.

Lose a few lbs for more energy at 43.

First self check- less fast food and way less added sugar. I plan to do first steps with those two specific things.

Great plan! I also fall victim to fast food and will be cutting it out for the duration of this challenge. We've got this!
