I am horrible at working out on a regular basis I get in two workouts per week. The best thing for me is to make sure I eat every two to three hours meals that are 200 to 300 calories and write down a planned meal for the day. I drop weight like crazy when I am consistent with this plan. Hope it helps. Also tons of water at least a gallon a day.
