I’ve been logging food more consistently. my protein and veggies have been good except for one day!

I habe bennnfettinfnivwr cocis so exercise was not on the table. Excited to slowly get some light cardio in today. Thursday was a mess. I need to go to the grocery store because when we run out of healthy stuff I turn to eating out or junk.

Continue to log food, focus on protein and veggies. I also need to decrease screen time. My goal is to make sure I’m off my phone in the evenings. At minimum an hour before bed. I have a few new books so I plan to start those!
