Hello! 👋?

Last week was a decent week. Meal prepping definitely helped. I’m down 2lbs. Unfortunately, I didn’t meal prep this week. I plan to do some Wednesday.

Exercise: Morning of Stretching 🙆?‍♀️
Breakfast: Protein Cereal with Apples and Oranges
Lunch: Spaghetti, Kale, and Squash

Still focusing on water 💦.

Day 3 in this competition... day 3 of going to the gym.

Day 1 - Walking on Treadmill for 60 minutes - 4 miles.
Day 2 - Chest and Tri weight training plus 60 minutes walking on treadmill - 4 miles
Day 3 - My wife joined me at the gym because they had a snow day!!! Back and Bi's weight training and 60 minutes on treadmill walking - 4 miles.

It has been over a year since I have been to the gym but it feels good to get back into it. Diet - used to eat anything and everything. We are eating clean now. Grocery shopping only on the outside off the grocery store and not through the aisles. The outside is normally where all of the fresh food is and the aisles are where all of the processed garbage is at. Hoping to have a cheat meal this weekend. Still not going crazy, but doing this without a cheat meal every once in a while will drive you crazy!!! Good luck everyone! You have got this!!

I am finding it hard to stay writhing my calorie deficit with the StepBet ! I am so much more hungry 😳. Last night i ended up adding 700 calories to my day !!!

You can always try waterdense food for low calories but a high fill rate, a quarter of a cantaloupe is only around 100 calories but works as a greater filler food!

Completed a Kettlebell Circuit Workout ??‍♀️

Breakfast: Oatmeal and Strawberries

Meal planned:
Breakfast: Fresh Fruit & Breakfast Bake
Lunch: Squash, Brussels Sprouts, and Chickpeas
Dinner: Curry Over Parboiled Rice

My morning is off to a rocky start. Glad I got my workout done before heading out the door.

I am drinking water and avoiding sugar and junk food. Thank goodness the holiday season is over! The battle shouldn’t be as hard.

What is everyone meal prepping this week? I’m making a chicken in the crockpot today to use throughout meals for the week! Then making steak bites in the crockpot for my husband to have with rice and veggies for his lunches!

I like to combine egg whites, cottage cheese, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and some seasonings and bad in a square pan till golden. Delicious and filling breakfast. Good hot or cold
