Checking in … no workout today. I will pick up in the morning.

Breakfast consisted of an English muffin and fresh fruit.

For lunch I had half a steak quesadilla and fresh pico.

For dinner I had a quarter of the quesadilla from lunch.

My water intake for today currently stands at 44 oz. Still drinking.

Today wasn’t the best day. I look at it as my 20% for the week.

I planked for the first time in a long time. I now have a new benchmark I will work to surpass.

  • Today is day 3 of saying yes to my health for the rest of this calendar year. I’m planning some treats for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and to allow small treats throughout, but I’m really working on my mindset and approach to eating right now. I’m feeling good about where I’m at, and like I can finish this year a little lighter than I started it, a little happier, a little healthier. Got my lifting workout in and am about to just get a walk for clarity of mind.
