Non-scale victory of the week!
this eeek went a bit better. last week my mom and I had a fight. we haven’t spoken since. she has started moving her belongings out of the house. I think this is best for the both of us. it’s been great for my weight loss. I’m back on track. my home is cleaner than it’s been I’m years because of all her clutter is out. it’s been good

my goals are to maintain my diet and to continue to exercise daily. I don’t want to loose much weight this month if any at all.
