I was down 2 pounds this week, but going to push hard to get to my goal by the deadline! Upping my workouts and being more strict with my diet! I had a big set back the last 2 weeks as I fell face flat on the concrete during one of my walks! I couldn't exercise and didn't have a very big calorie deficit so to less activity, so gained 1 lb. I was so frustrated! Finally healed enough to push through now, so let's go!
