Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t eat out once this week, which was a trial seeing as all I Eastern was pizza and a burger.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

more exercise. I ended up having some stomach cramping so I don’t get to push myself as much as I wanted.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Cutting down to one soda a week and only one fatty meal!

Exercise more and learn better choices so I don't feel so hungry.

I worked out three days I would like to push that to 5 at minimum. I would also like to figure out more satiating meals.
