Non-scale victory of the week!
this last week I have been staying a little under on my total daily calories in hopes of making it to 100%. I'M SO CLOSE! I think I'll hit it by Monday morning.

as usual, push myself a bit harder with the workouts
What are your goals for the upcoming week?
my goal is to continue counting my calories and weighing food. I've made a good habit it of this month and know I can continue to lose the rest of the weight
