Non-scale victory of the week!

this last week I have been staying a little under on my total daily calories in hopes of making it to 100%. I'M SO CLOSE! I think I'll hit it by Monday morning.

as usual, push myself a bit harder with the workouts

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

my goal is to continue counting my calories and weighing food. I've made a good habit it of this month and know I can continue to lose the rest of the weight

I have resisted junk for this whole time which is big for me

I'm not sure I should be eating less calories per day but my weight went up from last weigh-in and I'm super bummed.

I stuck to my meal plans and workouts. I didn't eat a single bit of junk food, which I love. I know it's only been 4 days, but something just feels so different this time. I'm finally sick of my excuses, maybe ?

I love donuts but I walked right by them without grabbing one. I stuck to my plan ALL day. I told myself "if I can give up alcohol I can give up junk food" ?

I just started but I would say I could push myself more on the workouts

not eating the smores treat that the rest of my family enjoyed AND walking passed bakery treats in our breakroom MULTIPLE times yesterday without grabbing one because I wanted to hit my goal
