First timer here! 👋
I went from 217 -> 305 over the course of a couple very hard medically challenging years. I’m finally through the thick of it and see the other side of my health again! I dropped to 281 by being mindful of what I was eating, but need to be more focused to continue to my goal. I’ll be using macros and incorporating more movement - eventually walking more with help from PT. Good luck everyone! ☘️💪

80% is diet. Eat right, and add movement as you can, and you will lose. Be safe, and careful moving. Happy Healing!
