I made it….Ready for the next one…Seeing the spine surgeon next year March, and I know that weight is one of the first things he will mention…I’m 44lbs down from beginning of Sept this year. I need to lose at least another 80lbs to reach my personal goal…
Long journey ahead, but the bags are already packed, so might as well just keep going ?😓?

Just returned from a quick 3day, 2000 mile roadtrip…which usually means bad eating habits, but I did so good I still managed lose some extra…must be the bad roads 😓

Looking ahead but is anyone else joining another DietBet after this?! This has me so motivated to meet my end goal of 18 lb in 9 weeks - i am already 8 lb down in 2 weeks! Shocked!! But I think a lot of it was water weight- I was drinking wine at night, eating sweets all hours of the day, and this has really made me look at my choices!

If I can find one that fits nicely between Thanksgiving and Xmas, I may consider another

I find that what works best for me is to do one and then take a month break and make sure I maintain.
If I push myself too hard I end up not being very successful for a very long time
