Franny, first of all, thank you, for always being as transparent as you are and for encouraging others, even when things are feeling hard personally. I needed the push and accountability for a fresh start (healthwise) to the year and the day I made my mind up, I saw your IG story about DietBets. This game has helped me stay accountable and strong to the promises I made and it feels so nice to follow through with something like this as it gave me something to focus on, other than the current worldy events! I was able to remind myself that I can only control what I can control and its helped me so much during the longest January ever. I recently changed to high protein diet and have a planned calorie deficit. I am working out 30 minutes a day and clocking 11k+ steps 26/27 days so far in January! I reached my diet bet goal yesterday by over a pound but woke up today a lb up so hopefully I'll be back down by weigh ins!😅 We have a few more days left friends! Let's make the most of it! Super proud of you all! All of your posts made it feel like we were all in this together and that felt great!
