The weigh in time says Oct 13-14 pacific time so does that mean we have ALL day Monday to weigh in or till Tuesday?

There is a 48-hour window after the challenge ends to submit proof of your final weight. The window opens at 12:00:01 AM, PT. At the end of the 48-hour window, weigh-ins can no longer be submitted and if you have not already submitted a qualifying weigh-in you can no longer complete the challenge. If your final weigh-in isn’t approved by our review team, you will have 12 hours to re-submit your weigh-in with a new set of photos. If you miss this deadline or your resubmitted weigh-in is rejected within these 12 hours, then you are no longer eligible to successfully complete the challenge. While we're happy to give you one more chance to resubmit your weigh-in, we also need to be considerate of all the other participants waiting for the challenge to finalize.
From Monday 13 through Tuesday 14th
There will be a posting by DB reminding you to weigh in & I think it says you have X amount of hours left to submit final weigh-in.

Happy Monday everyone!! New day to start something new. Today I PLAN to work on my core when I get home from work. Had my morning walk at break and it felt like my 15mins zoomed by! I’m hoping that means the day flies by!

Intermittent fasting- I have done it in the past. Trying it again because despite tracking everything, increasing my exercise & being in a calorie deficit the scale is not moving:rage: I’m thinking it’s because I’ve been doing weights & I’m retaining fluid, but we’ll see.

  • Sausage, potato and corn chowder for a late lunch/early dinner tonight. I use beef kielbasa for the sausage, but a turkey sausage would also work to lower calories. 2 cups of my recipe is 370 calories and 8 WW points.

Soup season!!!! I just made a veggie quinoa!

12 oz beef Kilbasa
1 lb potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 bag frozen corn
2Tbsp jarred minced garlic
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp dry thyme
4 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup fat free half and half

I slice the sausage and cut the potatoes and onions and put all the ingredients except the half and half in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. I stir in the half and half just before serving.
