Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a good diet-free week, without going crazy on sweets or portion sizes. :) I even ate veggies and an apple.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I counted calories every day! I didn't reach a big deficit, but enough to reach my goal!

Drink more water, but otherwise I'm pretty proud of myself!
