stayed away from soda and candy

meal prepped, kept on doing what I always do but pushed harder to get over the hump I was on

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

could have been nicer to myself and looked for more non scale victories. was really hard on myself for being stuck at the weight I was at and only losing like 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks
