  • Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
    (Healthier little treat to cure a sweet tooth)

    2 bananas
    1c. peanut butter
    2 eggs
    2tsp vanilla
    2tbsp honey
    1/2tsp baking powder
    4 chocolate chips ea. muffin (I just sprinkled a few semi-sweet minis. Didn’t measure)

    Mix everything besides the chips, place in muffin tin, top w/chips, bake at 400 for 10-13 mins!

    (Makes 10 traditional sized muffins.. yes only 9 pictured. I obviously had to test one while they were warm 😆)
