Non-scale victory of the week!
Unfortunately, all my progress has been undone. Traveling and birthday celebrations contributed to this. I'm not letting it get to me! I still have a positive outlook and my whole life to improve! I drank more water today!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Quite a few things, but mainly move more! I didn't exercise at all during or after the trip to Dallas.

Sleep 7 hrs, read before bed. Drink water upon waking. Lift weights 4x.
