I worked with a nutritionist and she said if the scale is stuck, eat only steak and apples for 2 days. Crazy but it did work for me

I always make taco meat and freeze individual portions. I made a salad with Romain , tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions, coriander.i also crumbled some cheesy crackers.

Hi friends! I would love advice for this. I'm heading out of town with my 3 kids and husband for 2 days. I really want to do this dietbet well and lose the 8 lbs I need to lose for it. I'm not interested in losing unhealthily, or restricting severely. So I've lost 3 already. Perfectly on track. That being said, I don't want to sabotage myself in the next 2 days out of town. It's not hard to gain 3lbs back in just 2 days. What can I do this weekend to support myself and make healthy choices when eating out a lot? I am trying to get 100g of protein a day and that's hard for me as it is. I'm stressed about the continental breakfast at the hotel and must worried I'm going to blow my calorie goal. 😭 I'd love advice to be successful! 💜💜💜

I know I am responding late : lots of water , have some vegetables in your hotel room like mini cucumbers, bell peppers and carrots. beef jerky for protein.
Don’t be afraid to ask for changes on the menu at a restaurant. Ask for a salad and more vegetables, sauce and dressing on the side.

On a business trip this week which has been hard, but proud that I went to the store to get healthy food instead of eating out every meal. I did just walk into someone’s office that had 2 dozen donuts on the desk. They smelled so good, gonna have to avoid that office the next couple days haha.

  • Headed to Starbucks with my kiddos. Parenting a high needs kiddo brings up a lot of emotions from me and a nice sugary emotional boost is all I wanted, but opted for egg bites and my water today. Saving my calories for another day when I can enjoy them more. 💜💜💜 Focusing on more water like our coach mentioned. Anyone else have successes today?
