Non-scale victory of the week!

Did three dance classes! one contemporary and two commercial though with different teachers. Also getting house in order.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency - I’ve tried and failed so many times over the past year to lose weight but have just gained a stone instead. I used to be pretty good (lost 2 stone a few years ago) but I just struggle being consistent in either my eating habits or my exercise and that needs to change!
