I always over eat on the weekends. Tho I didn’t eat take-out I had a few extra treats that won’t help me meet my goals. I need to do this for myself, without the sabotage. Help!

I have the same struggle. I always try to get in extra steps during the weekend to help for possible extra snacks or treats.

Celebrate the win! Do you track what you eat? Writing it down helps me on the weekends. I typically track on an app, but seeing it on the fridge is helpful for me.

The beginning is always the hardest for me! I almost quit today, but I'm glad I didn't. If I can get about a week in it usually gets easier. Here's to staying strong!

Quit what? Your diet? The gym? Even if you have a bad day you can just start again tomorrow. Or the next meal. No worries, you are doing it :)

Eating well. Historically I can't just have a bad day and just pick back the next day. I spiral into bad habits for a while.

Proud of myself. Went to the movie theater last night, but instead of buying my usual popcorn or pretzel with cheese, I snuck in a PBJ sandwich and bought a water there. Managed to lose a pound over night :) I can do fun things and make it work for my calorie budget!
