What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have a serious sugar addiction. I never believed that was real, until I realized that my behaviors around sugar are virtually identical to a hard core alcoholic or drug user. This is something I will battle for the rest of my life.

I've been lifting weights consistently since Christmas. Now that the weather is nice (nicer), I need to start getting out for long (6+ mile) walks at least three times a week.
