definitely ate better and less. Doing 1-1/2 meals per day with mid afternoon full meal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate less bad meals, avoided pizza, ate more salads, ran more and drank lots more water while at the beach for 3 days.

Not much, pretty happy with progress.
