Excited to be here! I just finished another dietbet and I'm wanting to keep the momentum. I barely hit the goal with that one, but I've learned so much about what works and doesn't work. I have an enjoyable eating plan and a regular workout routine. I'm looking forward to seeing the results at the end of this challenge!

Welcome! When I was on my pp journey with my first I lost 30 lbs joining a different diet bet each month. It was a great way to stay accountable and lose weight slowly and sustainably.

Now my 2nd is 2 years old and hoping to lose the last 15lbs I’ve procrastinated.

Aimee, my eating plan is plant focused. Lots of salads, leafy greens, smoothies, etc. I really enjoy having all the variety of plants in my eating.
