Non-scale victory of the week!
Started drinking more water, started the new job and managed my move of places.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
the last months were hectic. I quit, moved across the country and lost track of any progress. At least I still made the 6% goal. now I wanna give the last month a tremendous amount of self discipline and hard work.
