Hey all Bart from Idaho here. I just joined and my verified weight was only 4 lbs under my highest weight ever so I definitely need to get back on a more healthy lifestyle. I actually started in January with a challenge to myself to go 6 months without treats. That went well and I do feel a lot better, but now it’s time to focus on exercising and other healthy habits.
