Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel safe and secure in my own home and bed. My husband slipped into bed this morning, and i didnt even realize it. I have been abused in past relationships, and being able to sleep and not wake up scared to death when someone enters my room is a win.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had extra unhealthy food at least four meals this week, and my activity level was poor.

Increase activity level, and de-clutter the house (post-Christmas mess).

I literally put a sweet in my mouth, somewhat unconsciously, realized what I was doing, and spit it out.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one cheat day, and I cheated throughout the day. I should’ve stuck to one cheat meal.
