I feel safe and secure in my own home and bed. My husband slipped into bed this morning, and i didnt even realize it. I have been abused in past relationships, and being able to sleep and not wake up scared to death when someone enters my room is a win.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had extra unhealthy food at least four meals this week, and my activity level was poor.
