Finally did what I was supposed to and got rid of all the absolute junk I’ve been PMS-binging the past couple of days and did a small Physical Therapist approved workout.
This profile picture is SUPER old and I originally used it when I first joined DietBet and then lost the weight. That was several years ago. I maintained good cardio, movement/flexibility and overall feeling great for years. The past two years has been a really weird rollercoaster of illness, injury, boredom eating, and also running and eating healthy. So I’m joining DietBet again in hopes it forces me to focus until I become strong and injury free again (losing the weight would really help with the chronic acid reflux at this point, I haven’t eaten spicy and rarely consume acidic things so this is really the last step).
