Non-scale victory of the week!

I had two different people this week that I had not seen in a while compliment me on my weight loss. that's been a motivating factor

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I did everything right this week and it paid off on the scale. stuck to meal prep and hitting the gym and getting my cardio in

not much of a loss because of some setbacks this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have stuck to my meal prep better, I had way too much junk food here and there which is why I didn't lose very much weight this week

Non-scale victory of the week!

I won the last diet but I was in a week and a half ago and still motivated to do another. I definitely fell off the wagon and ate some things I shouldn't have but I'm still focused to lose more weight and get back after it.

I could have milk prepped better and definitely could have eaten better.

being the first week I'm going to be aggressive and hit the gym at least three times and not having any cheat meals until day 7 when I've lost at least 3 lb

hard to say what I could have done differently, I'm pretty sure I have the latest coronavirus and slept most of Friday in bed.

I walked two miles yesterday and I will be in a spin class tomorrow. Wednesday and Friday I will lift weights. I'm meal prepping chicken and veggies for this week's lunches. cutting back on sweets making sure I eat at least one apple a day and a banana. I'm going to bed early tonight and making sure I get eight hours of sleep in.
