Okay. So again, since I said I was new to doing this, is it doable to lose four percent of my body weight in four weeks, or is this just kind of like a kickstart? But if this is the last one that she is doing, then
I guess I would just do it on my own and know what i'm supposed to do from there on out. So I put in my weight, and then it says goal weight, so is that the goal that I should be at after the four weeks? I don't want to sound like a jerk. I really don't. I just don't.I was just trying to figure out what my four percent would be unless they figured that out for me? It's almost like maybe. I should have waited until tomorrow to weigh in and have one last hurrah. But I guess that's what gets me in trouble. I can have fun with veggies and fruit and healthy.Whole foods. Right!!!

You are probably filling out your profile. I had my initial weight and an overall goal weight I added when I first signed up.

The 4% is calculated for you when you do the official weigh-in and it's approved. You have to submit specific pictures for it to count.

I've done her best a few times and I've won 2 of my 4. The one, I was so close and I self-sabotaged. The other one was this holiday season and my first without both of my parents and my emotional eating got the better of me.

Can someone tell me where on my BODI account I can find the super block? I see the 2B mindset videos and program but not the super block. And yes I do have a membership.

Scroll down to Super Blocks. It should be under that area. You may need to click "see more".

Just a question initially when I went to pay for this, there was a five dollar extra waiver for like bonus games then when I went to pay for it today, it was not there. Is that still not a thing that Ilana is doing?
