Non-scale victory of the week!
I actually had a fantastic week diet-wise, and even during an extremely stressful week with my husband's surgery and lots of activities outside my routine. I succeeded in my no-sugar goal. I had no binges. I ate lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein.
