Non-scale victory of the week!
I got my food back on track. I took a short break from eating healthy and doing intermittent fasting. Not the best decision when doing a DietBet. Consistency is key! Happy to say I have turned down ice cream and pizza several times!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been working on a consistent sleep time. I try to wake up at 4:30 AM which means I go to bed at 9:30 PM the night before. This has been a challenge because I’ve lived most of my life waking up at 7 AM.

stay consistent! I will not fall off my rhythm simply because I have made my monthly weigh in.
