Non-scale victory of the week!

I got my food back on track. I took a short break from eating healthy and doing intermittent fasting. Not the best decision when doing a DietBet. Consistency is key! Happy to say I have turned down ice cream and pizza several times!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been working on a consistent sleep time. I try to wake up at 4:30 AM which means I go to bed at 9:30 PM the night before. This has been a challenge because I’ve lived most of my life waking up at 7 AM.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was consistent with workouts and intermittent fasting. I stayed away from all the beautiful ice cream! after my way in is verified, I am having a cheat day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not sure I could do better. I tried to keep up with the steps, but life has been busy. My job doesn’t allow me to get extra steps in throughout the day.
