Hi Scarlett! Yes we do still have Maintainer games throughout the year but they are member only games. You can find them under the Member tab on the list of games in the DietBet app. We had one start December 31 :)

  • Made a ginormous pot of Mexican "albondigas" soup, which is just meatball soup with tons of chunky veggies! Going to be freezing some in my Souper Cubes so that my freezer also has healthy options that can pulled out and heated up in a pinch!

  • Deconstructed fish tacos for dinner. I made cauliflower rice with bell pepper & broccoli slaw. I made the fish also. I had finished some of it before I snapped a picture.

Spiced Turmeric Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups your favorite plant milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger (powder, can add more or less to taste)
½ Tbsp cinnamon (can add more or less for taste)
½ Tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Dash of cloves (I didn’t ass this)
Crack of black pepper (Do not skip! Black pepper activates the curcumin in the turmeric and increases absorption.)

Instructions:
Heat up your milk of choice on the stove.
Once it is slightly warmed, add the rest of the ingredients and whisk them until combined. Adjust the spices to your taste!
If you have a frother, heat up some extra milk to froth for on top. Pour into your favorite glass or mug and enjoy!

You can also listen to her calls, she gives great advice to support any program you're doing.
