I was doing so good, then yesterday I lost it. Ate a bunch of random junk throughout the day. Why do I keep doing this?! Now today woke up just feeling blah and like I’m going to be this weight forever

I think I just need to get this off my chest but I am having such a bad time with where my body is now to where I want to be (less weight). At the same time it’s almost giving me this feeling where I feel stuck. Like I can see the better me but I feel like I’m stuck here in this body. Any tips or fire y’all can light under me would be great! Sometimes it’s just words from someone else! Thanks!

I second 2b mindset. I lost over 50lb with it! You’ve got this! The struggle is temporary while you get your routine down, then it’s smooth sailing! Be disciplined and intentional with your foods and activity!

I think it’s ok to fake it til you make it. Maybe doing the motions will lead to weight loss that can help you remember.
