I make a new gallon of water every day put a little apple cider vinegar and some lemon juice and cucumbers and Yum Yum Yum. I usually have to make a 2nd gallon each day. Sometimes I use strawberries.

I feel really good with 128-160oz. I like it best with ice in the summer, but don’t usually add anything else. Mostly out of laziness. lol

How’s everybody doing??!

The weight is slowly coming off for me, but more importantly I’m building consistency with my daily habits of 10k min steps, 4 litres of water, & tracking calories! I’m hoping I can finally tackle this, once and for all!!

So I haven’t been active in almost a year nor have I ate healthier in a while. I’m use to drinking Mountain Dew throughout the day and juice.

So my question I have is just by changing EVERYTHING I’ve already have seen a different. If I loss weight too fast will I be kicked out of the challenge.

I haven’t had soda in over a month, I’ve started walking around the hospital for my lunch, I’m working out 30mins a day.

I haven’t worked out in almost a year and just treated my body terrible. My goal this week is to find balance to eat better and pushing myself to walk on my lunch break and move my body for 30mins straight
