Non-scale victory of the week!
I definitely resisted so much stuff over last week and pushed myself harder than the previous weeks and it paid off I lost more weight.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
not much I pushed so hard. I think i could of did better the other weeks and my loss would of been even more. Here's to new challenges and continuing to stay on track.
