Non-scale victory of the week!

I definitely resisted so much stuff over last week and pushed myself harder than the previous weeks and it paid off I lost more weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not much I pushed so hard. I think i could of did better the other weeks and my loss would of been even more. Here's to new challenges and continuing to stay on track.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I think this week went good. I got in 5 workouts of the 6. We had a busy weekend with family in town for graduation and Mothers Day. My meals this week were great except Saturday I ate stuff that's off my plan. I am ok with that, though, cause we gotta live still. Im down weight and on the right track.

on my period so holding some extra water weight. insert sad face here! yesterday I was 2 pounds less. ugh. on with the show!! Today started healthy obsession and using portion fix containers on plan b.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Last week did not go quite as planned with my workouts and nutrition. We were in the middle of moving, I'm sure I got in enough movement and lifting though. just not how I like with my workouts. Non scale victory is honestly that our move to our new home is done and I start to refocus this week.
