  • Hi, everyone!! My name is Lynette! My husband and I recently sold our land and old house and bought our dream home in Salem. We have 5 kids! My husband works full time and coaches bowling at United. I work full time in an office with the best coworkers, I coach cheerleading at Salem and love it and my cheerleaders make me love it more ❤ My kids are all active in sports year round. Between work, coaching and my kids sports schedules my life is mad crazy busy. I have been making excuses and putting myself on the back burner. Last year I worked so hard and lost almost 50 lbs. Over the last several months I've ate terrible, worked out zero and gained some weight back. I'm making it a promise to myself this year to get back on track and make time for me. I know I can do it, as I have in the past. This is my start to feeling motivated!

  • Hi!!! I’m Allyson, mom of 2 teenage boys and always in a high school gym somewhere thanks to wrestling and basketball… but during the day I like to hit the gym and lift. I’ve been lifting since 2013 and have a good amount of muscle but the last couple years I’ve put on some weight and it’s time to get back in shape! We eat mostly meats (aka carnivore/keto diet) and lift heavy. I just need to get more consistent (plan for now is at least 3-4 days of lifting per week) and to just cook at home more bc honestly that’s when I eat the best. It’s just so easy to go out to dinner haha. We have been doing a lot better lately tho! Good luck to all! I hope we all win 😜
