  • After two weeks of holiday travel, love getting back into exercise routines - today doing short daily yoga when waking, playing golf (it is summer where we live, in Kenya), short arm workout with my daughters (we are building a routine slowly), and walking my dog. Also, my kids love to cook. I made my fave simple roasted vegetables and then added some of their homemade Bolognese sauce, but no pasta. Yum!

I recommitted to 2B two days ago and I’m already down 1.8 pounds. Why do I not eat this way all of the time? It works. Every. Single. Time.
