ate some gifted cookies one night but didn't keep chewing what wasn't amazing, and put them down instead of mindlessly snacking. it's been an exhausting week of births and sporadic schedules, but I've learned from the scale fluctuations and learned more about what my body needs. I've kept on track, in spite of!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
meal prep is completely a must. good food I can grab on the go is imperative. went too long between meals sometimes.
