My dreaded work colleagues did it again! They came bearing gifts of chocolates and candy only this time I said “NO”! ? Balancing temptation with good eating practices , you can do this We have to replace the voids I do have a sweet tooth and love a desert after so my replacement this week was sliced bananas with plant based cream. That fixed my sweet cravings We’re on the home run everyone You got this ?

I made a vow to compensate for any mistakes. So I had scones and jelly with a friend. She made them couldn't resist. My forfeit though was to walk half a mile to her home and back again.

Walk more and maintain the routine I've set for gym every other day. Clearly it's working for me and resist cheats or find a counter action, ie; treat myself is ok but do a little extra exercise. I deserve it...smile.
