Non-scale victory of the week!
My dreaded work colleagues did it again! They came bearing gifts of chocolates and candy only this time I said “NO”! ? Balancing temptation with good eating practices , you can do this We have to replace the voids I do have a sweet tooth and love a desert after so my replacement this week was sliced bananas with plant based cream.
