Non-scale victory of the week!
i didn't make my last Dietbet. I was 3lbs over, however I think it was a success overall bc it achieved the goal of keeping me reasonable during the holidays.

just get back to my normal routine and not grab nonsense at work to snack on just because it's there. get beck into normal lifting routine. And obviously, continue to do a weighted vest walk with Willa everyday.
