Non-scale victory of the week!
one thing I am very proud of myself is staying consistent on going to the gym at least 5 days a week. Also, resisting the temptation of over eating myself with fast food

This past week, I didn't drink as much water as I did before this past week. instead, I started drinking a lot of Gatorade. my goal for this new week is to cut down on the Gatorade and drink more water.
