Non-scale victory of the week!

I did it!! I conquered my mindset blocks and achieved an awesome, healthy weight loss goal I feel amazing!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten more sleep and pushed a little more to get to 90 ounces as my stretch goal.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying consistent while we travel has been the biggest challenge I have not done the best at balancing my eating and exercising on our extended trips.
