What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
My challenge may look a little bit different than everyone else’s as I have been on my journey now for a few years and I have lost a lot of weight with proper nutrition and working out. Lately I have fell off track a little bit just mentally and physically have not been with it and with my overall weight loss over the last several years, I’m starting to get a lot of loose skin which really kills my confidence
