I've had belated shenanigans this week and have eaten trash every day. I'm paying for it because I feel like trash. I'm pumping up the hydration today. And I started my day fresh, with a Greek yogurt, berries & granola
Pretty sure I caught the sick but I am pushing on. Drinking my greens and still going to workout. I have been consistent the past 2 weeks and I don't want to break that now. Scale is down for the first time in a couple months 🙌
Cross fingers that sickness does not hit your household. We just got over that here. Thankfully no one else got sick and it was just me. But having sick babies is the worst.
