What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Had slip on black ice Feb 1 and broke my humerus. It is a long recovery but now that I am up and about I need to get back on track. Sitting creates a weak legs so can't even walk much. My body has adapted to my brace so balance is better. Gonna try small increments on stationary bike and walking about the house .
