How's everyone doing? It's been a busy couple of weeks for me preparing for my upcoming 5K with my family. I've done two so far and had to walk both, this time I'll be able to jog. I'm getting non-scale victories with how my clothes are starting to get loose. I hope I can hit the goal by the end of this dietbet!

That's an awesome goal!! This will be my third. My first two I could only walk except a small jogging start the first time. Mine is this weekend and I should be able to jog and walk. One day I'll jog the whole thing. Seeing progress is exciting! Keep us posted on how your 5K goes!!

I started with steady and some what quick weight loss at the beginning of this challenge. Now, things are slowing down on the scale, but I'm starting to notice the difference in my clothes. My jeans are getting annoying because I'm constantly having to pull them up. I also hit my highest numbers of steps at just over 13K. Usually I average 8K, but I jog/ran this morning and walked on my lunch break around my work building. I'm looking forward to seeing more changes. How is everyone else doing?

overall hanging in! Unfortunately, we lost my grandpa earlier this week so it’s been emotional. But instead of allowing my emotions to hold me down, I’ve tried to get some fresh air and went on some nice walks! I’m still trying to hold myself accountable

How'd everyone's weekend go? It was successful on my end, except I didn't get in as long of a jog/walk on Sunday due to a busy schedule. Today might be similar with my kiddos having choir practice, schooling, and then work. I'm planning on at least walking the treadmill, if I can squeeze it in. This next week will also be a challenge with family birthday celebrations sprinkled in throughout the week. I'm also focusing on more water intake because I wasn't so great about it the last two days, and I definitely feel it!

I need to work on more water intake again as well. Did not have the birthday cake or ice cream at my nieces party this weekend. Ended up sitting in their sauna yesterday for almost 30 minutes. ? Good luck this week! :clap:

FYI everyone. My Initial weight was posted wrong (making me heavier). It says 220.6, but it should have been 200.2. I just emailed them to correct it. If not I'll keep playing but not collect the bag.

Next weekend I'm running a 5K with my family. Today we ran 2 miles and I'm on pace to do a 45 min 5K. I know that's not super fast, but the last two I did I was about 30 lbs heavier and I couldn't jog at all, I could only walk. Even at the end I couldn't jog to the finish line, I walked. My slowest time was 57 minutes and my fastest was 53. I will be THRILLED if I can hit 50 minutes or less, so being on pace for 45 minutes is very exciting! Last time my 7 year old ran hers in 44 minutes, so hopefully this time I'll be close enough to see her finish! ❤
