  • L4W1D4 (swapped for day 3). Sweat dripping everywhere. I destroyed a box of crumbl cookies yesterday so needed to push play before I talked myself out of it. Needless to say I won’t be weighing in for a few days. Needless to dial it in. I was almost at 70% of goal and now I’m slipping 😭

Got to the gym on Sunday with my sister! Going to start going together a little more to get some cardio in and hang!

I was actually very proud of myself and my choices over the weekend. We were at my son’s hockey tournament in Wisconsin Dells. I packed plenty of healthy snacks and utilized them so that I wasn’t starving and tempted to go overboard whenever we did sit down to eat. I ate a few more fried items & had a couple drinks that I wouldn’t normally have, but I also got my movement in each day and don’t feel bad at all. I enjoyed what I wanted to enjoy and left out the guilt and the bloat!

  • Holy moly happy Monday legs! Went heavier on a couple of exercises, gonna feel that tomorrow!

    Week 2 weight stayed static, was also my PMS week and I know my body holds on to weight. The good news is that I fought the cravings and stuck to my nutrition plan. Hopefully week 3 will bring a bit more weight loss!

  • My forearms were sore for days after last Monday’s Leg workout so I decided to use my grip hooks for calf raises and a couple other exercises. That let me go heavier, which my legs can handle.
