I let myself cheat 1 day out of the week. Eat whatever I want, no care at all. Really helps me remain strict the other 6 days and does wonders for my mental health.

I agree Jessie. My faith in Jesus has helped me through so much and I know he will help me conquer this. It’s me who has to make the choice everyday to choose to follow the right path!

I ate poorly allllll day yesterday. Could have been worse, luckily I don’t keep much bad foods in the house, but I was able to do enough damage. Today is a new day though, so I’m not gonna beat myself up over it or anything. Mostly, the eating bad affects my sleep and that’s a killer for me. I need my sleep, it’s so crucial. So here’s to a new day!

A non scale win for me today! We need to celebrate all these small wins that make a difference!

I am traveling in 2 weeks to Bentonville, Arkansas for work. I went here around 4 months ago and when booking my hotel, one of the things I was searching for was a place that had good happy hour spots for drinks and food. This time around, I am searching the hotel based on which one has a good gym and pool to get a good workout in each day!

  • It is our 2 year anniversary together and we are going on a 4 day trip to the mountains. We definitely need the time away, and plan to stick to keto as closely as possible. We can cook at our airbnb which makes it a lot easier. We are going to a couple restaurants, but I plan on making healthier choices. Best of luck to everyone, a few days away and I am determined to stick with this!
