  • I would like to recommend the Apple cinnamon. This was my lunch for today. I started the day with intermittent fasting and just ended the day with a salad with taco meat on top.

    Trick that somebody told me was to do 100 of an exercise every day. For instance, 10 reps of push-ups, 10 reps of situps, 10 reps of dips…. On days that certain areas of tired, tried to do multiples of others to make up for the lack. But every day you do 100.

I haven't tried the pre-made, I have so much oatmeal I have to use lol I make them from scratch. Good Luck!
