I think it’s because I’m 41, but I’m really struggling to budge the scale this time. I don’t want to starve myself (keto diet) to win. It’s not sustainable.

This is your reminder to make sure the floor is clear around your scale.
I’m so sad—My weigh-in wasn’t approved because my rug was close to the scale (under the lip but not the feet of the scale-I get it, but it stinks). I didn’t see the email from the referee until after breakfast this morning, and then I was a pound over. I thought about fasting and going on a second run, but I had a luncheon with guests at our church and then I hosted two of the guests for dinner, so it wasn’t a day for fasting.
My husband reminded me that my reward was the lost weight this time around. I’ll do better next time.

- This is my first transformer I’m really liking that it is full force ahead. Normally a game ends and I have some down time before another one but this way we keep up the momentum and habits. When I’m working I try to do a lunch walk and normally I aim for the full hour but today I decided to get what I could with 20 min!!!
